The Cardiologist will decide which test(s) are necessary for your child, (ECG, Echo, Exercise Test, and Holter or Event Monitor).  Some children may also have a chest X-Ray, and/or blood test.  You may be with your child during all the tests.

After all the tests are completed, the Cardiologist will talk to you about the test results, and answer any questions you may have about the findings.  You should feel free to ask ANY questions that you may have.

Your doctor may need to perform a Heart Catheterization to obtain more information about your child's heart.  If your child needs a Heart Catheterization or any of the Heart Tests indicated below (reference sites) you will receive more information, both verbal and written, during your Clinic Visit.  This Heart Tests will be scheduled at a later date and you will be notified  of your appointment either by phone or mail.  Please contact the Nurse Clinician if you have further questions or concerns regarding your child's heart test.
